When does a baby bump become solid and round?

I know its a little silly but I am hoping I can show off a proper bump in a bikini this summer. I am 13 weeks and I just look chubby. This is my second pregnancy but I don't remember when this happened last time, also I heard it happens earlier the second time around. I am average weight. When did you get a good, unfolding, obviously not fat bump?

I got my "proper" bump right around 20 weeks, which is when you could tell I was pregnant and not just chubby... LOL

Girl more props to you for having the guts to go out in a bikini... I would love to, but at 34 weeks, i think that's just scary, LOL
