Boys and Periods?

ok so im 13 years old and i've had my period for about 10 months and every time i get it i have mega bad cramps!! And it really sucks when i have pe during my period! So my pe teacher is really chill about it hes just like if you have your woman day just let me know and you dont have to run. But when ever boys/girls see other people not running they as why and im fine with telling girls but i tell the boys o just because and they dont believe me and i want to tell them bu it would be really awkward soo basicly my question is what do guys think if they know about a girl getting their period?

ALL girls get their period, it's no big deal, get over it.

Best Summer Weight Loss Foods

But not only is it quick, you can put just about anything in a salad (fruits, vegetables, meat), throw in some nuts and cheese, top it with a delicious balsamic vinaigrette and there you have it… dinner!
5. Low calorie/No calorie drinks refresh your thirst without bringing on the extra calories. Smoothies, sweetened specialty coffee drinks, sweetened teas and sodas can be deceiving as they go down so easily, but tend to be accompanied by mega calories. Be aware of what you’re consuming to quench your thirst and adjust accordingly… my advice, I’d rather save the calories for a bowl of ice cream.
6. Fruit based desserts can be just as good as a hot fudge sundae. To satisfy your sweet tooth this summer try to steer away from desserts loaded with sugar and let nature’s candy do the satisfying. Some ideas for great low-calorie desserts include Grilled banana sundaes made with low-fat ice cream, grilled pineapple and peaches, frozen cherries and grapes, and my favorite – a chocolate covered frozen banana.
