im painting my room black. what should i decorate it with?
im painting it all black and i was thinking about putting neon or brightly colored graffiti or swirls or something on the walls to make it not so plain. im a good artist so i know i can do it. i just want opinions on what would look cool. thanks =D
While I agree that black can get really old in a short time...and will be tough to paint over when you do get tired of it...if you have your heart set on it, I would just go with straight black in a glossy or semi-gloss finish. Honestly, what's the point of going black if you want to muck it all up with swirls?? Then it's not really black. So do the walls all black. Then add your color to the bedding, artwork, accessories, etc. Maybe you could change your light out for a disco ball!! 
If you are going to do it, do it all the way, not part of the way. Or it will look way too amaturish!!
