Where can I submit my Ideasto Maxis for my ideas for Sims 3?

I have a lot of ideas for the sims 3 but I don't know if they have it already but I want them to make a better game. Here are my Ideas:
1. Draggable lots- lots can be stretched to any size.
2. More career tracks- e.g. Novelist, Engineer, etc. etc.
3. Swimmable lakes- Sims can swim at lakes
4. More body types- Anorexic, Slim, Moderate, Muscular, Fat, Obece
5. More skintones
6. Servos- will be more Sim-like
7. Bigger family members limit
8. You can see the children's schools and the adult's offices.
9. More generations (e.g. infant, toddler, child, pre-adolescent, adolescent, young adult, adult, middle-aged adult, Senior, Elder)
10. Visible ceilings
11. More slots on tables/ coffeetables for stuff.
12. Customizable hairstyles and more motion to hair.
13. More building options
14. More roof tools- skylight, pagoda
15. Adjustable roof heights.
16. Irregular shaped pools
17. Cars will need gas that will cost
And lots more. All I need to know is where I can submit these.

Well some of those we already have (moveable roof heights, irregular pools) some will be coming with the new EP in the autumn (pagoda roofs) and most of the rest you can do with with building cheats (sky lights, swimmable lakes), mods (draggable lots, careers, more slots), custom content (body types, skintones, visible ceilings) and hacks (bigger families, children's schools, petrol costs). You can even do more generations if you are willing to fiddle with skins.

However, I guess the place to go would be the main Sims site - they have a suggestion thread there on the BBS though that is really for the present game. Also, I don't know whether you can contact them via the EA Games site. Sims 3 is already in development.
