Pool Filter help!!!!!?

I was given a used Simple Set pool and have no instructions. I call it the fish bowl type. It is level and filled and awaiting chemicals The pump is an aqua leisure SA 3767 and I want to either change or clean the filter before I start, but I can't figure out how to get the thing open. I don't want to break it with brute force...

They can be tough to open, but the top (blue, I think) will screw off. The little white screwcap in the center of the top allows air out when as it fills with water.

Aside from the rides the park also has a game area with all possible variety of games such as Pirate Revenge, Time Crisis and Family Bowl. Each game like in any arcade is activated separately, through the use of a key which is granted at every purchase to play.
