Is it illegal to have Green Neon lights on the bottom of your car in Virginia cause i heard red and blue will get you pulled over because the cop will think that you are a cop and if he pulls you over you will get in trouble but yea anyways is it illegal to have green neon lights the kit on the bottom of your car in Virginia cause i just think they look really cool and in most states ive seen them in purple green and some blue so is it illegal please let me know thx = )
