Pool cleaning help?

I took a sample of my pool water to a local pool company because it was looking alittle cloudy (I just installed it friday and I haven't added any pool chemicals yet). They tested the water, printed some sort of report of things I needed to add.

So i followed the instructions, added the suggested amounts, and now 5 hours later my pool water is very cloudy (can't see the bottom). Is this normal????
