My hair is frizzy?

Help me my hair gets all frizzy when i'm by or in the pool. What should i do. If you tell me wear a swimming cap the only ones i have is my mom flower cap and for shower cap my mom has these huge white expandable cap that gets all of my hair. It also happens when it rains or is humid outside what do i wear?

theres really nothing to do besides the swimming cap or not putting your hair under water. you could lightly wash your hair in those showers they have and maybe try brushing it or braiding it or maybe even putting it in a ponytail.
