What kind of RF Filter is this, based off my description?

It consist of inductors and capacitors mostly, with one resistor.

The inductors look like they are connected in series, and the capacitors look like they are connected in parallel in between each inductor.

So like inductor, then capacitor..and one and on....

What kind of filter would you call this? Low pass filter?

Inductors pass low frequencies and block high frequencies.
Capacitors pass high frequencies and block low frequencies.

If the inductors are in series between the input and output, then they pass low frequencies to the output and block high frequencies from the output.

If the inductors are in parallel across both output lines, then they shunt low frequencies to ground allowing high frequencies to pass to the output.

If the capacitors are in series between the input and output, then they block low frequencies from the output and pass high frequencies to the output.

If the capacitors are in parallel across both output lines, then they shunt high frequencies to ground allowing low frequencies to pass to the output.

When low frequencies are passed to the output, then you have a low pass filter.

When high frequencies are passed to the output, then you have a high pass filter.

From your description, it sounds like you have series inductors and parallel capacitors. That makes it a low pass filter.
