My african dwarf frog is floating at the bottom of the tank upside down!! help!?

I have 2 african dwarf frog and a beta fish in the tank i feed them all fish pellets and stress coating so they are not stressed. BUt once, the frog and the fish got into a fight and the beta started bullying my frogs. They hide under this Diego figure in the tank because they are scared. And when i came home, one of the frogs were floating at the bottom of the tank upside down while the other was hiding in fear. I suspect the beta fish fought it again. But i don't know if it's dead.

You can easily find out by taking it out of the water, wet your hands first, your skin harms the frog's skin like a salamander. I suggest separating them from the beta in a separate tank. Betas are very territorial, African dwarf frog's are community categorized though, but they do best in smaller tanks without snails. However, a betas favorite companion is a snail! plus they are from two different regions, so yes separate them.
