I am getting an inflatable moonwalk for my kid's birthday party. What footwear is best if it rains?

My son's party is in a few days but it looks like it may rain on his birthday. I rented an inflatable moonwalk for him and all of of his friends. Normally the kids bounce around in these in socks, so no one gets a sneaker kick to the head. If it rains that day, should I make everyone keep their shoes on instead? Make them go barefoot? It seems socks would get wet in the yard. What do other parents do for safety?

Barefoot would be best.

Socks will get dirty and wet. Shoes can hurt others (kick in the head) and the moonwalk. If it is just light rain, jumping is not a problem.

Kids love going barefoot in these things anyway. You should not get any resistance if you make going barefoot the rule.
