I'm 7 weeks pregnant, is it safe to do situps?

I have an ab Lounger Chair that makes it not so hard on your back and neck while doing sit ups, are they safe to do when pregnant. I don't want to over do it, but just to excersice a bit.

Exercising is one of the most important things you can do while pregnant. Studies have shown that it makes the pregnancy easier, leads to healthier children, and keeps you in as good of shape as possible.

Even so, definitely do not over exert while exercising. Situps should be fine as long as you can do them safely and without pain.
