How can i safely loose 1-3 punds per week?

i am about 5-1..and i weigh bout 125 lbs..by july i figure about 20 weeks i want to loose 30 lbs! but how can i w/o a crazy diet..i dont eat breakfast cuz of time,i eat lunch and dinner
lunch- usally peanut butter and jelly on wheat bread,water,100 calorie pack and a lil snack
dinner-many things

i want to fit into a swim suit and everything and be able to wear different clothes and not worried about them being small..when i put on a shirt all my fat clings and it looks bad..SO HELP also i get 6.5-7 hrs sleep..i dont play sports but active..also i have an ab lounger

lol ab loungers suck, just do crunches, run every morning, take part in p.e.(if u have it this semester) eat more fruits/veggies, don't eat less everything (u should eat more, but healthy), eat breakfast(fiber's good, and so is mini wheats!), don't eat to many carbs(pastas) stay off the junkies till the finish line.
just do things like pushups and situps and running, if u don't have ne equipment.

ps did u know u lose 1-3 pounds of weight, everynight, and u regain it during the day? but that doesn't mean "dont eat anything during the day", cuz that would be unhealthy.
