Co-workers don't wash their lunch dishes?
I know this is a petty thing to complain about, and I'm not expecting any serious answers, but I work in a place with around 11 employees, all women 19 and over. Each day I go into the lunchroom, the sink is full of dirty dishes, and the tables and chairs covered with crumbs. I bring my own coffee cup and dishes from home, but I resent having to dig out a dirty spoon from the sink and wash it whenever I want a cup of coffee, and wipe two minute noodles off the seat before I sit there. There is a tatty old sign above the sink reminding all employees to wash their own dishes, but this is always ignored. I cleaned the dishes and the kitchen myself yesterday, but today it was just as bad What would it take to get people to take ownership of their mess?
I know how you feel, we used to have the same issue at my job. Dishes would stay in the sink for days and we ended up having a problem with gnats.Eventually our admin put a sign up stating that all dishes must be washed and put away before the workday was over or else they would be thrown in the trash. Im not sure if you have the authority to put up such a sign, but maybe you could run the idea by your office manager. It's a darn shame when ladies don't clean up after themselves...makes you wonder how filthy their homes are!

Little China, a Budget Chinese Takeaway
What you see – Little China is a small takeaway joint that operates out of a shop. It is located just off Parra-Calangute main road, after Dena Bank, Parra Tinto, if you're heading towards Calangute in Goa.
Keep your eyes peeled as it does not have a signboard. The name is highlighted on top of its shutter. A couple of plastic tables with umbrellas and chairs make for the outdoor seating area. The eatery is compact with wooden benches and tables (for 12 people), a counter, a fridge, drink crates and a tiny kitchen to the side, making a snug fit. Customers have the option of eating in or placing an order to go.
Little China belongs to the proprietors of Emerald Lawns, a popular party venue in north Goa.
What you get - Little China runs in full swing in the evenings and serves standard Indianized Chinese fare; the difference from other Chinese takeaways being its generous portions at affordable rates.
It has a variety of vegetarian and non-vegetarian dishes. The soups range from Egg Manchow to Chicken Talumein, Vegetable noodles soup and Vegetable mushroom soup.
The chicken dishes include the popular Crispy lollipops and Manchurian doused in gravy. The Chicken chilli is another favorite. The vegetable Szechwan rice has just the right mix of spice to it, while the Chicken Hakka noodles tend to be a bit greasy.
Little China plates up in simple brown plastic cutlery. Also it has limited fizzy drinks and the consumption of liquor is strictly prohibited. Customers with a sweet tooth will have to do without desserts as they don't feature on its menu.
Our verdict - If you're on the lookout for deep-fried Chicken lollipops, or steaming Vegetable noodle soup, or a plate of Szechwan rice - reasonably priced – then head to Little China. Basic and with no frills, Little China has built a reputation as a good and reasonably-priced takeout spot for Chinese food. A plate of noodles, along with some chicken lollipops is more than sufficient to find one bursting at the seams. Service is satisfactory. The eatery could do with some sprucing up and requires a good cleaning to ensure hygienic conditions though. Orders may be placed over the phone, although there is no home delivery facility.
What you pay for a meal for two – Rs. 110 (including soft drinks)
Anytime between – 6 PM – 11 PM (last orders at 10.45 PM)
