Sea Monkey water purifier?

I have a glass container that can hold up to 32 oz of water, and I ordered sea monkeys to put in there. The problem is, Sea Monkeys need only 10 oz of water, and that isn't much. That only fills 2 inches of the glass, and it would look pathetic if I only had 2 inches of water in there. So does anybody know what kind of sea salts I can add so that I can use the whole 32 oz, and how much salt or minerals *and stuff* per 10 oz or something? Thanks
PS I need to fill up the whole 32 oz, and I flat out refuse to go and buy 3 packets of purifier!!!
By water purifier, I mean the stuff that comes in the Sea Monkey pack to get rid of chlorine, and comes with the sea salts necessary for 10 oz of water. Also, we have well water, which is absolutely pure, with no chlorine, so I don't need that chlorine removal crap.

I would go to an aquarium store and ask them, I would also get a book or do some research on the internet.
