Does anyone know about Zeno acne treatment?

i just saw another answer that mentioned it. its page on amazon looks convincing, it got almost all 5 star reviews. has anyone used it?

yes it works. But be careful when using it...

Things You’ll Need:
Zeno acne remover device
Tissues
Rubbing alcohol
Mirror
Follow these steps to use the Zeno.

Step 1
Start with a clean face. Before using the Zeno, dab some rubbing alcohol on a tissue and wipe off the contact point on the tip. The Zeno tip cartridge should be put onto the top of the device, and the device should be fully charged before first use.

Step 2
There are two buttons on the front. Click on the left button. It will start beeping and blinking. After about 30 seconds, it will beep again and the right button will turn solid green to signify that it’s ready to use.

Step 3
Click on the green button on the right. Gently place the Zeno tip onto the middle of your pimple. You’ll feel heat from the device. Hold the Zeno gently and in the same place for about three minutes. The device will chirp at the end to let you know that the three minutes has elapsed.

Step 4
After the chirp, the button will be flashing again. Wait a couple seconds until it beeps again then press the button. It will turn solid green again to signify that you can use it on another pimple.

Step 5
Repeat Step 3 and 4. There are three cycles so the Zeno will automatically run for three uses before it turns off automatically. Or you can shut it off by clicking on the left button.

Tips & Warnings
1. Your Zeno device should be fully charged before use. Charge it in between uses so it will be ready when you need it.

2. Do not press too hard with the Zeno. It should feel hot, but if it feels too uncomfortably hot, do not continue using it.
